Okay, I don’t know if it is me or not but every strip from Frazz starting from Sep 21 2015 to today is down on my computer, tried refreshing and used different browsers neither helped
I’ve noticed that top-level athletes in any sport are very likely pretty good at every sport that doesn’t require super-conditioning (nobody does gymnastics well until they’re totally ripped).
Frazz is suggesting that if one doesn’t do well in one area, a new area might offer better results. But, with this kid, I’d suggest reading or Solitaire.
http://www.gocomics.com/frazz/2019/07/09No, I haven’t seen it in person. But I’ve heard stories from people who know. I’ll quote just one of them, one of my best friends, here. And while this one wasn’t referring specifically to a whole team playing kickball, he was talking about a world-class swimmer he was in a position to know quite well: “If you throw him a ball, he will not only drop the ball, he will fall down.” But man, to this day, he’s poetry in the water.
