Can Fred even blow on a sail given that his lungs are full of cigarette tar?

Michael and Stan’s pants mysteriously have both turned brown since last week. Fill in your favourite brown pants joke.

It is just a lake. Just swim to the shore and hail down someone for a ride to the marina for gas. Somebody can take you back to the boat with the gas. Since it is dark, everyone has gone home. Nobody will rescue you on the water. Just have the brat brother swim to the shore.

Now that’s funny!

ummmm, don’t boats have some sort of, oh I don’t know a CB radio to perhaps call for help?

No beans or chili on the boat? Amazing!

What idiot goes out on a boat without gas, oars, floatation devices, a radio, flares, and safety equipment? Unfortunately, there’s way too many. Just ask the Coast Guard.

I have never owned a boat but way, way back in my youth; after I got my first job and started to feel affluent, I took a boating course given by the Coast Guard Auxillary and it was excellent.

Your lack of preparedness does not constitute an emergency to us.

All Martha needs to do is just stand there being her usual cute self. That will attract someone.

Blow-hard.

The first rule of having an enjoyable day on the water is: Leaving the dock is optional. Returning is mandatory.

Reminds me of a time I went sailing while in college. The winds died down and we’re headed into shore when we came upon a jon boat having engine trouble. We tossed them a line and pulled them to shore. (It was a Flying Scott sailboat, probably one of the best small sailboats made.)

Okay Mike – time to earn brownie points with the family (Martha in particular). Swim to shore and go get some gas for the boat.

Two adults and no cell phone? Michael, get away from these people.

Dad and big brother should have enough hot air between the two of them.

Blowing would not sail the boat, I am afraid.
