I googled the recipe, and had to chuckle when the blogger referred to a can of mushroom soup as “Lutheran binder.”

My parents sent me Amy Klobuchar’s Taconite Tater Tot Hot Dish recipe years ago — I haven’t made it yet, though. I have a fear that the tots will get soggy, and that would be too sad!

Is “hotdish” (no space between “hot” and “dish”) really a word? I couldn’t find it in my dictionary.
