And the Knicks were once again the biggest losers in this. Unless they trade their biggest crybaby player to the Lakers for LeBron James, they will be cellar dwellers for the next five years.
Why I stopped watching the NFL years ago. To many players changing teams every year, even with a scorecard I had no idea who was on what team. Lost interest quickly. Moved overseas, when I returned 5 years later, every team had changed to the point I not only no longer cared, I could not even place bets with any amount of certainty on who would beat the point spread-also no longer interested in spending untold hours a week figuring out my bets
All these megadeals in which teams sign two superstars (real and would-be alike) have killed opportunities for the so-called “mid-priced veteran.” Rather than pay a proven player $5-10 million, teams have to bring in guys who belong in the G-League because of the salary cap and I think the overall talent level of the NBA has declined as a result.

I find myself rooting for laundry rather than any particular players knowing that they will only be around for their next salary raise.
