Analyze the barrier – there may be a work around to the barrier. Otherwise, there’s a hole in your logic.

I am a fitness and health coach. If anyone needs help getting over that mountain for real, please contact me. Let’s talk. I would love to help you. Trust me, the mountain doesn’t have to be that big.

why are goals always portrayed as being in a box? And do the goals in this box have holes? Does that make them holy goals? How could Patis miss this??

Maybe Pig is making a mountain out of a mole hill.

Donuts=sugar, flour, fat. Might as well go with the glazed ones.

Pig should move to Kansas. No mountains there.

I started recording everything I eat nine days ago, so I could plan a diet. Lost five lbs so far. I’m snacking way less.

The only exercise involved in the donut plan is going to pick them up. Nah, now thanks to the inventiveness of American capitalism we done got home delivery at a low cost in moolah but high cost in pounds, not English pounds but American pounds aka blubber.

As I kept saying when I was teaching, unless there’s an obstacle between you and the solution, it’s not a “problem”. Unfortunately, way too many students had the same response as Pig.

How about looking for a route through or around the mountain first before you give up? Just because there is a mountain doesn’t always mean you have to go over the top.

The trick is to visualize it as a hard work pit. Then when you fall in, you have to climb back, out. Or dig it into a rut.

Right choice, Pig. Eating donuts is both easier and more satisfying than struggling to attain impossible goals….
