Oh, Red—-Please don’t use that retractable leash! Not only is it dangerous for Rover ( getting tangled, no control in unusual situations—or any situations for that matter) it is also a danger to bike riders, pedestrians etc——anyone who might not see the thin cord and run right into it. Word of a veterinary technician.
