The ‘32 Chrysler Imperial is a Classic but it hasn’t any fins.

But the “Lark” and “Thunderbird” came before the “Barracuda.” (anyone care to name a few other car models?) And in the ’50s and early ’60s, I think the fins were supposed to represent the tails of aircraft.

Appears one is the model for expert sheet metal formation and the other has an actual function.

Parked next to one of those “classics” at the dentist yesterday. . .the thing seemed HUGE. . .I drive a Honda Civic. . .and I consider it big . . .for a little car.

Classic cars had character. Modern cars are, for the most part, carbon copies of each other. And most of them are ugly SUV crossovers.
