Looks like Tarzan is happily running toward a huge python ready to strike in the last panel!
I’ve seen empty deserts and lush jungles, but I’ve never seen them right next to each other. It’s like an eco-wall.
I for one would love to see the slides of the parasite content in Tarzan’s gut.
I can’t say with any degree of certainty, but I do have to wonder if Dick Van Buren didn’t slightly exaggerate the total food value of a dead vulture for an almost moribund human when he wrote this episode.
Was that vulture blood or kickable Joy juice? I t sure did put spring into his step.
Ah, there’s just nothing better than a good vulture dinner! We like to make hot vulture sandwiches with scorpion gravy and fried spiders!
Alright! One meal of sweet vulture meat and Tarzan goes from death’s door to running a marathon.
