IMO he’s been in a several good movies. Grease, Pulp Fiction, Broken Arrow, and Face Off come to mind.

Mr. Weinstein wants to go over the script, some place quite like his hotel room.

Ideally, you want both a good script and good actors, but sometimes you can get by with only half the ingredients. Case in point: the 1998 film As Good As It Gets. If you were to read the screenplay all by itself, you’d throw it across the room in disgust. But Jack Nicholson and Helen Hunt both won Academy Awards for their performances, thereby saving the movie.

The book is a “GREASEy” novel
