Besides, the wipers are probably worth twice as much as a ‘77 Pacer.

Don’t ‘77 Pacers melt in the rain?

The Pacer was the forerunner of the Mini-Cooper. The AMC Eagle was a Pacer with 4WD

Yugo was waaaaay tooooo UGLY! AMC Pacer was kind of ugly. Gladly AMC Pacer was no longer made anymore. AMC Javelin looked cool! But no longer made anymore. AMC Eagle looked nice, but no longer made anymore. AMC Gremlin looked cool, but no longer made anymore. What else? Anyone who knows about the names under AMC?

Yugo would have been the first Kia - inexpensive, reliable - but the whole bleeep country disappeared right about the time they made the big time.

Anyone remember the AMC Rambler Twin Stick? Before AMC it was called Nash.

Every car fleet has to have a dog. Look at Ford Pinto and Chevrolet Vega. Yugo, like those others, could have been great small cars. I wound up with a used Vega because a used Volvo was so much more and my money wasn’t at the time.
