Fortunately, dictator consultants don’t have to live in the dictatorship.

The job is the same no matter where they do it. Put the best possible spin on the candidate (tell complete, absolute lies) take the money, and run.

Yes, but so does British Rail.

I can hear the dictator now, “That person must be in the US, I could barely understand him!”

It’s good to see GT commenting on a current topic.

I wonder if he’ll mention the anti-Mubarak “Gaza Freedom March” street protests organized by Williams Ayers, Jodie Evans, Bernardine Dohrn, and Ali Abunimah after they had met in Egypt with Hamas in January of 2010?

Duke and Son aren’t the only ones working behind the scenes.

Sandfan, Nemesys: Yeah, it’s good to see GT commenting on a current topic. I was missing all the paranoid fantasies about how Muslim fundamentalists were conspiring with liberal atheists to fluoridate our water, pollute our precious bodily fluids, or whatever…

puddleglum, while unsuccessfully applying Rule #5, you didn’t actually refute that that those folks I mentioned did what I said they did.

In other unrelated news, George Soros has made public statements that he supports an Egyptian government comprised of the Mulsim Brotherhood and Mohamed ElBaradei. This from the Washington Post: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/02/02/AR2011020205041.html

Freedom for Gaza: What an excellent idea, but let’s add to it. Cease Israel’s wanton slaughter of Palestinians.

Duke and Earl are not as far behind the times as most of these comments (including puddlegum’s Washington Post article) on how to manage this Arab revolution.

D & E have been hired to consult on free elections. Tyrants are “babies” if they imagine they can survive a free election. Even Obama may be naive enough (I hope not) to think U.S. policy can influence a free election in Egypt. We’ll have no more control over it than we or Israel had over the elections that installed Hamas.

A victory by the Muslim Brotherhood is not an outcome we need to fear. Free elections will create for us and for Israel a different, entirely new problem: the emergence of a young, Sunni (i.e. secular) government impatient with jihad and as contemptuous of the old guard and its Western supporters as of Israel.

That’s what the polls are telling Duke and Earl. Those two may be cons, but their political thinking is clear; unlike conservatives, they don’t suffer from Palinosis.

Nemy: I believe Puddle was merely pointing out you didn’t give any real evidence, but that never bothers you guys so long as you can make an accusation that’s been published on a conservative diatribe on the internet, Hey, it must be true. I still don’t know why we haven’t tossed out our foreign born President.

And I forgot, it’s a bad thing to see the ouster of a totalitarian “president” so long as he supports us. Please see my previous Shah of Iran reference.

Chikuku Don’t confuse Brian with the truth. He can only look at MSNBS. Unfortunately, the NYT and The Nation do not have many pictures or comics. He learns a lot on daytime TV. He does not understand a nation should defend itself from unprovoked attack no matter what the UN says.

freeholder, you’ve prejudged “you guys” once again. It’s no secret that they were there. Even the San Francisco Examiner reported on it last year: http://www.sfexaminer.com/blogs/beltway-confidential/ayers-dohrn-helped-organize-flotilla-group

It’s true that only the right side of the isle is bringing up the story now, but the only thing they’re saying as factual that isn’t true is the link to Soros funding the whole thing. There’s no direct proof of that, so I left it out.

Proof once again that one needs to check multiple news sources today in order to get the entire picture.

And of course, despite vague smears against “you guys”, you didn’t actually refute what I said either.

Waa, waaa, wa, Who in the world gets their news from Brand X? That free paper was bought out years ago. The Hearst corp paid Ted Fang $60 mil to take it off their hands. He ran it into the ground after a few years, and now some Texan owns it, and still no one buys it. It just litters up my sidewalk 3 days a week. No cred.
