I still can’t normally burp (much less pass gas) in the company of others, even though Dr Oz (and other sources) say that it is healthier to do so. Now that I eat most meals alone (with lots of whole grains and fresh fruit and veggies) I often burp during a meal, but there is noone here to hear me (except my parrot).
