None of Eddie’s stories are ever funny but they are always over-long and boring.

Of course this is probably just another way for Cap’n Eddie to get out of paying his tab.

I have to assume the state fair was Iowa (no reason, really, just that politics is dang near as crazy as Eddie), and therefore land-locked. No WONDER an old salt (I mean a VERY old salt, with more in his system than salt) was a tad bit confused………
