I traded one of my old bassoons for a contrabassoon. Or at least a few thousand dollars off the price. The contra is very mellow.

It’s so funny where your mind goes when you are sleeping.

Bassoons are wonderful. All the double reeds are.

It’s like a mini bassoonists’ convention. Pass around the party hats.

No time like the present to get started. Then whenever you wanted to passive-aggressively rant, you could “practice your oboe” and no one would be the wiser.
