International Bacon Day. I think I finished my bacon a couple days ago. Bacon has gotten so expensive, I only buy it when it’s on sale and it isn’t on sale this week.
I took a client to whale watch today. We saw whales, and more. We had a flight of pelicans fly past us at eye level, very close.
AND when we were in Depoe Bay we got to see a couple of Eagles! Woo Hoo!
For some reason the charter fishing company is no longer throwing the leavings from cleaning fish into the harbor. One of the boats is going out the mouth of the harbor and dumping the offal. We saw two different Eagles swoop in and grab something and fly it back to land.
The gulls part in front of the Eagles, like Moses parting the red sea. :D
Love today’s comic. Both sweet and funny. The world could use more nice guys like Oliver. On another note, went to a classic car show this afternoon. Had a great time looking at all the different cars. There was even a woody wagon there.
