As I recall the Japanese still have the yakuza and sarin nerve gas incidents. No country or culture is safe from the madness of some men and women. Sad that.

I was in Japan in 2002 during Halloween.. nothing happened. There were NO trick or treaters.. I don’t think they celebrate it?
