Ted is contemplating putting a pea under Annie’s mattress to see if her ‘inner princess’ will notice.

Since she accepts Ted’s own peculairities, he doesn’t let it bother him all that much. We each have out own strange pursuits (especially on Ballard Street).

Aw, he brought flowers and everything. Wasted on Annie.

Well, considering it looks like they are having sludge for lunch, I’d say it isn’t much of an impediment.

Um Annie, you should be channeling your inner sorceress, not your inner princess.

Ted should be inspired to show his “inner Prince Charming”.

Ted’s contemplating his inner Snidely Whiplash.

I like Annie’s headdress. Very sparkly.

Her royal table manners are lacking.

Ted is contemplating eat lunch alone

Ted is worried that the little blue pill he took before dinner won’t last if Annie doesn’t soon get on with the eating part of the date.

She’s even contemplating a name change to Glinda

You just can’t have nice things as well a lovely Valentine’s dinner around some people. Annie just destroyed Ted’s brand new linen tablecloth, and the Vichyssoise he spent an hour making is ruined, too.

Princess Annie is getting a bit beyond herself in years.
