Shoely a match made in heaven

…like a kick in the head, along came Philo.

It’s rare to meet your soulmate, particularly when they have a sole on their head.

At least he’s not down at the heels…………..

He’s a shoe-in for pearls affection

They will be Heels over Head in love.

Good lord there’s two of them….

I think it’s very sweet, albeit a little daffy, that Philo wants to brighten Pearl’s day further, and is willing to go to extraordinary lengths to do so. An ardent swain is he.

Love is blind. – - – There’s no accounting for taste. – - – Birds of a feather flock together. – - – To each his own. So many useful cliches apply.

you know, that reminds me of a Moroccan proverb that goes like: An insane man married an insane woman, and the tribe got relieved.

Pearl does not appear to have noticed Philo. What can he do to get her to shine in his direction?

Those shoes are much safer that way.

Philo is soul’d on her unique style.

He looks like a sneaker, coming up behind her like that.

Reminds me of the Terry Gilliam film “Brazil”.

Philo is clearly delighted – he has been looking for that pump for ages…
