Methinks Mike may have gotten this idea from a lady in Australia who was taking her neighbors to court over this. It got kind of crazy with much of the public wanting to go over there and start grilling too because she was making such a fuss. My neighbors used to burn ALL their trash and the smell of burning plastic, etc was really gross and the smoke would go all over the neighborhood.
