Have you ever tried to give a cat a bit of information? They look at you like “ Puleeze I’ve known that for years”. Then its tail up and they sashay out of the room.

I once tried to tell Toshie that hummingbirds tongues were shaped like a straw. Just chatting with my cat. I got a withering look in return.

Today is:

National Coffee Day. No thanks. I don’t touch the stuff.

National Good Neighbor Day. I have a good neighbor and I always try to be one as well.

National Ghost Hunting Day. I would have expected that to be closer to Halloween. A friend once took me to an abandoned house which she claimed was haunted. We sat there in the car – me, a girl named Carol and another girl named Debbie, and we just looked at the house. Debbie and Carol both insisted they saw some weird stuff happening around that old house, but I didn’t see any of the things they claimed they saw. Something about people flying out the upstairs window. I didn’t see anything fly out the window – not even birds.

OK, I’ve been posting before leaving for work in the morning this week as I knew I would be home too late to switch the computer on to read the comics, and Friday I had to be out the door at a quite ungodly hour (not planned until Thursday afternoon) and wasn’t home again until late which is why I didn’t post anything on Friday. As I’m in the UK and the TC comic rolls over at midnight (usually) on one of the NAC time zones, my posts were showing up quite early after rollover in the list, just if you were wondering.

I’m sorting out some Caturday posts right now………. :-)
