    I usually enjoy this strip; mainly because I enjoy puns and wordplay (yes, I am old), but this one was too much of a stretch for me. Thank you to all who were able to explain it. (still didn’t like it)

    “S.A.” can stand for “Short Answer”. A common type of test/quiz is “Short Answer – Essay” (S.A.- S-A?) Test/Quiz.
