I think Frank is out to lunch as he should have found out about the braces coming off when he was paying the orthodontist on the way out of the office and that Luann has another appointment on Monday where he will be shelling out more coin for her retainer.
I don’t ever remember an appt. that was made while I was under the age of 18 where my mom wasn’t with me when I got the diagnosis. She usually sat in the room with me. She always knew when I knew.
