Why do the legs make me keep forgetting what I just read?
Oh, crap…we’re nearing the end, ain’t we…? We’re getting near the end of my favorite comic strip, where everything gets wrapped up, and I’m left with only fond memories… [sad emoji]
In retrospect…
“mad as a lorry”? Two nations, separated by a common language.
What a bloody fool was Tommy!
Vengeance is one of those things really ridiculous in their seriousness.
“Mad as a box of frogs” is the description that I’m more familiar with.
Also, pale chubby guy in a loincloth – there’s an image one would prefer to have not seen.
Yeah, figures this ultimately looped back into “destroying Wendlefield.” Tommy was just that kind of guy.
Charismatic as they come..
OK, I will never be able to unsee that second panel.
Does this mean that they’re continuing to sacrifice goats to maintain the curse against Wendlefield, or are they just having BBQ goat on occasion?
Or might they be combining the two under the guiding principle of “waste not, want not”?
When I was stationed in England @ RAF Bentwaters, a lorry was a truck.
