What Peppermint Patty does in Panels 9 and 10 could qualify as an “obscene visit,” to Charlie Brown(obscene as in “intended to be disrespectful, for intended recipient,” as with phone calls, in other words.) I mean, to go to someone’s house, knock on their door, and come right out and INSULT them, to their face, AT THEIR OWN HOME, certainly could be reason enough to call 911, I think.

But then, this is a comic strip, not real life. But if you actually did it yourself, then yes, the "recipient"of the "obscene"visit could, or would, dial 911.

Yes, but that’s not the way PP’s mind works! She’s thinking about him, and so it’s natural for her to just tell him… without him knowing her previous thoughts, or the context or anything!

The one thing she was right about, Chuck don’t understand baseball.

Sure, PP, he just loves being harassed in his own home over nothing.
