“Crunchy Frog.. Spring Surprise…”
“Plus an old bag of Tootsie Rolls for the trick-or-treaters!”
Janis had me at Candy Corn….
Yes but what did you get for the trick or treaters, happens at my house to.
The idea of Halloween is to buy a variety of candy and put out the candy you are not fond of for the trick-or-treaters.
A traditional excuse for restocking the candy larder, Janis!
Those don’t look like the individually wrapped ones for kids. Speaking of kids – what about Gene & family?
Have not seen a trick-or-treater in twenty years.
We’ve got six bags of candy and a huge box of Pirate’s Booty. We get, maybe, 25 TnTs.
The start of the winter weight gain season.
Wow Janis, that’s exactly the kind of stuff I wanted back in the day…..Not!
WACALA! A Panamanian word similar to eeewwww. (Pronounced with the same disgust)
Any left-over candy will go to waist.
I guess she stopped worrying about her figure.
Candy is the only food in my preppers lair.
My Pop always bought lots of HIS favorite candies.
The only trick-or-treater we got one Halloween was a black bear. It was licking moths off the window next to the front door.
Ugh. Those mini Tootsie Rolls are the worst!
LOL Or, for the teenagers that don’t have a costume and probably drove themselves to your neighborhood, a bag of salad.
When buying Halloween candy I always get candy I like to eat. That way left overs don’t go to waste ‘cause I’ll eat ’em!
Don’t forget to test the merchandise for safety and quality assurance.
Lots and lots of Tootsie Rolls… and your house will be safe!!!
We give toys. They keep better.
Just bought almost $150 of candy from Costco. Expecting 700 – 800 kids. I love Halloween!
Janis is always right. some of the time. Better safe than sorry. Then about a month later sorry she was safe. Munch munch munch
