Tarzan’s expression is unclear… is he smiling or scowling for not killing the lion himself?

And the poison is also gone. The jungle is full of wonders.

Lion gone, hyenas return…. then the bad guys also will come back…. I don’t see that this can end well.

Writer and artist really don’t like cats, looking for anyway to kill them off in strip.

The bad guy comes back, shoots Tarzan in the head. Done.

Tarzan and his companion, Professor Limpbiscuit, were astounded at the disappearance of not only the “funnel of death” contraptions, but their bindings, as well. Before sacrificing their lives in an inexplicable death-match with Numa, the mangani had managed to free the two men, for no other reason than that they were white.

Tarzan grinned.

I’m surprised jungle cats aren’t extinct the way Tarzan and friends go after them.

Wonder if in their rage, they’ll go after Tarzan next?

While those hairy bull apes are celebrating their defeat of Numa, the yellow death keeps dripping over Tarzan and Harry Truman…….

And then, the apes proceeded to kill and eat Tarzan and the other guy. The End. Don’t cha love happy endings, folks?
