Holidays are suppose to be spent with family and conversations around the table! Why sports games are on holidays is beyond me! The family unit is no more…sports rule the country and everything stops because of them. DUH!
We spent “the winter” in central Mexico once and while visiting a city with lots of “ex-Pat’s” there was a menu board outside a restaurant advertizing turkey dinner with “gilbert gravy”. I now always read gilbert instead of giblet.
