Voice 1: Robert? Glad we were able to get in touch with you. Voice 2: Yeah, we need to move on this networking thing, R.H. Voice 3: Robert, this is Bill, I've been running some numb-- Robert: Have to make this quick--I'm the flag man. Voice 1: Uh...yes, you're the...uh...flag man. Voice 4: Right. You're directing us around this...uh...detour we've been forced to make. Voice 3: I didn't mean to step on your toes, R.H. We just need to make a decision now. Robert: Blue. Blue's ball! Voice 2: Blue? "Big Blue"? You want us to hand over the ball to IBM? Voice 3: But IBM wan't one of the finalists. What about Sun and HP? Robert: Out! Out! Voice 3: But...but... Robert: I can't hear you. I've got to go. I'm the flag man! Voice 1: Right, big guy, you're the flag man! Voice 4: Strong and decisive! Robert's looking like vice president material to me. Man: Hey, Robert, it's not "flag man," it's "assistant referee." Robert: Whatever. Uh--out on blue! I think... I wonder what that phone call was about?

IBM, HP, or Sun would have been an excellent choice. Bob is going to get “Brownie Points” for his climb of the corporate ladder, for choosing the “Best Vendor” for the project (He could not fail.).
