He thinks,"Attention, troops!"<BR><BR> He thinks,"This is a historic occasion..."<BR><BR> He smiles and continues,"One of our members has completed all of his tests, and is now eligible to receive the 'Beagle Scout' award!"<BR><BR> He thinks,"Conrad, please step forward..." Conrad steps forward.<BR><BR> Snoopy bends over Conrad, pins the medal on him, and thinks,"It gives me great pleasure to pin this beautiful bronze 'Beagle Scout' award to the side of your hat..."<BR><BR> Snoopy rolls his eyes as the weight of the medal causes Conrad to tumble over.<BR><BR>
