CFW!!#8 – This is the late Southwold. She was a stray my sister found near where she worked, so I named her after that place. She was deaf, couldn’t jump, and only had two teeth left. We think she was around 20 years old and had probably become homeless after her elderly owner had either died or been taken into care (She was found in an area where there are a lot of elderly people). She wasn’t with me long, but I made her last few months comfortable.

I need to start making my wish list for Christmas. I have some big wishes, but they all cost too much money.

Today is:

National Absurdity Day

National Education Support Professionals Day

National Child’s Day

National Peanut Butter Fudge Day. I like peanut butter fudge, but I like chocolate fudge whole lot more. My sister, Mary, used to make butterscotch fudge, but I haven’t had that in years and years and I don’t know if I even have the recipe. Unless she just substituted butterscotch chips for chocolate chips in our regular fudge recipe.

Ah yes, the Christmas list….I remember my daughter’s and my grandson’s lists.

The pressure is already on our poor Annie.

Apparently the warehouse does have some intact windows as Annie looks very comfortable reading in that big chair while snow seems to be falling outside.
