About trolls – the first time a troll made a nasty, rude reply to one of my innocent comments, it bothered me a little. I’m a nice person and basically quite happy most of the time and I could not understand why the troll found in necessary to be so nasty. It would be going too far to say that I was hurt or offended, because I know that was the troll’s intention – to hurt me. But now I only feel pity for the trolls. I can’t even imagine what it must be like to be such a bitter, unhappy person that you have to troll the comments in the comics just so you can say rude and nasty things intended to hurt other people. What a pathetic way for a person to spend their time! Even the grinch and Scrooge discovered that it’s better to be kind and to be happy than to always trying to hurt others. Yes, troll, I know those are fictional characters but it’s true. Being kind is a happier way to live. And yes, I agree that some of these “holidays” I post are silly, but I’m not making them up. They do exist and I post them for the fun of it and perhaps to give people a reason to laugh. Silly can be fun. So if being a troll is your idea of fun, I’m sorry you feel that way and I feel nothing but pity for you. If you want to continue to troll my comments, I guess I can’t stop you. But I hope you find a better way to find happiness in your life.
I bet the crows enjoyed that meal. I often see crows, either while out walking or in town. On another note, saw some Brewer’s blackbirds on the way to work today.
