I had no idea as to who he was. I looked up things about him. I’ll see if I can find his comics to read.
I have one of his classics. The legless frog under the Frogs legs special in a restaurant. Love his work.
Met him at a MARCON in Columbus years ago. Wonderful man.

I recall him from Playboy and New Yorker and F&SF.
He was a great cartoonist. He will be missed.
:-( So sorry to hear he’s gone. I’ll always remember the cafe in the valley with “EAT” in neon on the roof, a large worm with big teeth on the hill behind it, and two bystanders, one asking, “Do you think it can read?”
