As I recall it, they’re a little boney but tasty. They are fun to catch too. I never thought to try dental floss for bait, though.

Why ruin a good afternoon on the water by using a hook? You might catch something and then have to go to all the work of cleaning him and cooking. . . Far better to take you pole, put a line in the water, kick back and relax for a couple of hours.
