Yeah, Ralph, I get it. You make it extremely difficult for me not to run you over.

Just the other day. I had a stupid squirrel run between the tires of my bike. Crazy thing.

How different history might be if Julius Caesar had been a squirrel.

He’d have run in a very straight line of a dog was on his heels.

“…I conquered” is much better. ’Just read Greyhounds are the best breed for wolf and coyote hunting. They are faster than the critter, have no fear, clamp on tight, and the hunter often has to pry open the jaws of their cold dead body, as in Veni, vidi, vici!

You’re not telling him anything he doesn’t know and do himself.

That reminds me of the time a daredevil squirrel decided to wait until there was a car coming in one direction and my car coming in the other direction to cross a two-lane road. Then just before the on-coming car got there the squirrel darts in front of that car across the road just missing getting run over by it and then the squirrel continues to cross the road and just misses getting run over by me on the other side of the road. The squirrel managed to cross the road. Any more delay and it would have been run over one one side of the road or the other.
