Faith is the absence of reason, the suppression of knowledge, and the willful denial of reality. Faith is a cop-out, it is intellectual bankruptcy. If the only way you can accept an assertion is by FAITH, then you are conceding that it can’t be taken on its own merits. Religion: The practice of training your mind to ignore evidence, logic and reason, while being able to believe in fairy-tales based on faith alone……and being proud of it. You dispute facts you don’t understand with myths you were forced to believe.
Atheists don’t hate you or your religion/superstition(until you try to force us to live up to your delusions). We pity you for IGNORANCE and your inability to face real problems like a mature adult.
