I don’t get it…unless the joke is that their internal “investigation” is no investigation at all, in which case, it ain’t funny
Maybe that’s a donut crumb on the bench. They all certainly look soft…

Good joke. Unfortunately I think for a lot of people this seems way too real, to find it funny.
