It is possible to do more harm than good if you don’t know what you’re doing. In the case of the guy’s probable seizure, spectating may be the best choice.
Pretty much part of the problem. People are willing to be a spectator and shoot video to upload to some social media site or another, all the while ignoring the need to call 911… or heaven forbid, actually try to help the victim.
