They should have plucked him first.

Are they just going to poke him or are they gathering wood for a fire?

He can “play” (along) – Duck, duck, duck, … until he gets goosed.

Mallards mean business…they’re all quacked up

Duck hunting is not all it’s quacked up to be.

Can’t accurately speculate on where this is leading, but I am picturing him stuffed and mounted on the wall of their hunting lodge.
