I’ve lived (although not recently) where we would have had a mouse problem if it hadn’t been for our cats. Obviously, none of them were the Garfield breed.

I hear the note of sarcasm in your voice, but Garfield is tone-deaf.

Maybe we should get one. I harvest about two mice per week from our traps.

Jon, you need to check out a YouTube channel called “Mousetrap Monday” (Shawn Woods) to catch up on all manner of mouse traps: from hundreds of years ago, to the very latest microprocessor ones. I’m sure you’ll find one to solve your mouse problem.

Look at that smile on the mouse’s face in the first panel…knowing that there’s nothing to fear in the Arbuckle home!

Forget it, Jon. Garfield’s never going to catch mice, even if you use the sarcasm angle on him.

I could see telling that to an intruder but only “Lucky for you we don’t have a dog.” We do, but he is the friendliest Lab in town and thinks everyone is his friend!

Garfield is human. He eats things that normal cats don’t eat. And jon understands everything garfield is saying
