I think I’ll write a self-help book that prattles on with platitudes for 300 pages, then, at the end, says: “Quit buying self-help books you pathetic loser and get a life!”

Nah – I’ll put that three pages from the end of the penultimate chapter for the folks that skip to the end then reread from the beginning, and make the last chapter the same as the first.
