I’ve been reading Genesis. Eve tempts Adam. Adam, when confronted by God, throws Eve under the bus. Eve points her finger at the serpent. Everybody denies everything. And on the 8th day, God created politics.
This is one of the reasons I am no longer Catholic. According to my eyeball count about 1/3 of the Episcopal clergy are women. We sometimes have an all-girl crew on the altar on Sunday. It took me until about the offertory in my first service to get used to that.

well… she’s “below the salt”, but at least she has a seat at the table. That’s a miracle right there.

Why is there a dog under the table?

Because it’s always been that way tends to be a very poor excuse, usually espoused by cranky old men who in turn are virtually espoused to each other.

The really weird part is that the woman at the table is a Muslim.
