I have no problem going forward it’s going back that kills me. That getting dark even earlier causes my SAD to kick in. If they want to leave it alone stay on DST.
Being retired makes it much easier to adjust. I reset the three clocks that needed it the night before, and the rest took care of themselves. Then I went to bed at my normal time, and slept late with no worries.

I often make my morning oatmeal with a strong cup of black coffee. The caffeine is time released as the oatmeal digests.

One of the first things that needed to be adjusted after the time change was the coffee pot.
