I understand the pigtails and the antennae, but why does it have T-rex arms?

I think the design would have been on par with the space shuttle. However given the manual dexterity of the pair, it didn’t come out like the drawing board indicated.

It looks a little like my Revolution II. Four control lines, fast, and loud. My most fun kite.

I wonder if Peter just thinks it looks stupid, or doesn’t th8nk it will fly, either.
