Last real novel new experience I had was many long years ago. Discovered the butt end of an M-16 to the hinge of the jaw can put you down for while, but as long as you don’t try standing you can still function fully as needed. Rethink that, Pig. The love of my life passed away earlier this year. The pain and grief are indescribable. But after more than 40 years of shared magic, laughter, joy, and intimacy, I wouldn’t have missed it for the world.

You can’t avoid hurt in life, Pig. But you can all to easily avoid happiness.

Now our challenge is to find happiness in the time of coronavirus….
