“Cosplay convention”? Hoo! What a shock to the convention goers when they find out that Wally and company AREN’T cosplayers..that their costumes are…shall we say..permanent.;-D

Graffiti taggers ruin even ruins.

I never look at the date; I’m always just pleasantly surprised when the comic updates, and glad Aaron is okay!

No noise = no machines. Most of us live near a constant hum of traffic etc.

…maybe ‘they’ are virus…

Is that a note in that bottle?

Many of us have given up, checking every 3-4 days can be disheartening when there is nothing new to see! We understand Aaron’s underlying health issues have an impact on the strips’ regularity, but still hope springs eternal…

It was explained by the computer back on the Fitzgerald that only one reality was still alive which was why the Fitzgerald was abandoned by the Lucranian salvaging crew. Thousands of other realities were wiped out leaving them open to salvage. This reality could be one of those. But like at Hillside with Sparkplug Sanders there is probably one surviving person…….a lone survivor. That may be the source of the graffiti……where Sanders plotted radiation levels on walls this poor soul drew life…..to keep him/her company as the last one left.

Can someone remind me how much time has passed (in their original reality) since WWIII? Duffy’s comment in the first panel illustrates that he remembers being human (at least a little bit, depending on how old he is). Old enough to have been transformed into an anthro, anyway. Chic, however, was born/hatched into the current reality.

Waiting to see if anyone is living there when our stalwart crew walks through those doors. Access to a colony in this reality, maybe? Good catch to the reader who noticed the bottle with what loos like a note inside in Panel 4. I missed that detail. “Abandon hope all ye who enter here”?

Wait, why do I have a feeling I recognize that bottle…

Some of that graffiti looks like ditto monsters … but then, a lot of graffiti in our (well, my) reality looks like ditto monsters, too.

Switches from night to day, too.

The graffiti is the people, wait till they start moving.

I visit Endtown every day. If the strip has not changed, then I read the comments to see what new insights have been left.

Nothing says “civilization” like Comic-Con…
