Dispute those charges when the statement come in, however be prepared to really haul a$$ the next time you run into the bullies.

That’s a great idea. I mean, if the bully handed the kid a peanut butter sandwich he could claim he sold it to him. Quite a profitable venture. Sort of like pay toilets back in the day and parking meters today.
