On the fence here as I let myself get suckered into the exiled Moovians talk and Blog groups. All this stuff takes time and I blow a good part of my day on it. Drop the link and I’ll keep it on a tab along with the gobs of other tabs and in my Online links file.
How can Tracy print editions be free when paper and ink are involved ? I figured “free” works better when it’s a download option.
I may be premature on that call but it may be a scam that Tracy will have to unravel the unwitting babe in the woods of a man from.
I got a letter years ago that told me I won a tv and all I had to do was send, however much it was, to get it sent to me. My old friend, the World War vet, suggested that it would be a box with a brick in it.
So the Shaky story is going to be fullowed up by a BO Plenty. Interesting since BO was first introduced in a story that followed the death of the original Shakey. Any chance the mail is connected to one of the Mahoney sisters, with Breathless Mahoney making her first appearance in the first BO story?
Riffin’ Without A Script has mercifully ended. Riff In Peace…
1-SAM: I just arrested some chick for letting her roots grow out too far. And for possibly spreading the Coronavirus. And for illegal gambling. I’ll book her for Ailin’ And A Bettin’.
2-DT: Ten Four and Twenty-Three Skiddoo.
3-PAPPY O’PLENTY: SH** FIRE AND SAVE THE MATCHES! Would ya look at this! A whole book on…maybe I’ll read it tomorrow?
The Shaky Saga ends with two perps apprehended. Shaky is likely to win some serious Time, though Quiver may get off relatively lightly if she can convince a sympathetic judge that she was coerced into helping Shaky; the fraud scheme was pretty trivial, literally a nickel-and-dime operation, and might not even get any stir at all.
But now, what’s up with B.O. Plenty out there at Sunny Dell Acres? What is that magazine/brochure/document that has arrived in his mail? Since we have only a few days until the MinitMystery, is this just a tease for the future, or will the Plenty family be involved in the MinitMystery? —If he is just a foregrounder for a future tale, may I say I’d rather have seen a progress report on Tess’s recovery or a “farewell” scene on Edison’s escape or a quick cut to Crystal to see how she’s dealing with the repercussions of her unwanted guests….

Good morning™, hopeful fans!
Tracy is more or less giving up already on finding Edison. Maybe he doesn’t have jurisdiction in Groovyland?
Meanwhile, our old friend B.O. Plenty seems to be getting into some upcoming trouble. He looks a bit shocked by whatever came in the mail.

Gosh darn it, guess if I want to be able to enjoy my favorite strip I have no choice but to lower my expectations.
Once again the good ship Team Tracy pulled a Titanic on us.
I’m starting to think that some fresh blood will be required for the next ship to dock.

I should think Crystal would have given the team a pretty good description of Edison?

Don’t we even get to check on Tess’ condition before we move to the next story?

Quiver, she is busted too
Foul fraud breaks her parole
Again we see crime does not pay
To prison she shall stroll.

Edison’s already looking for some low grade thug to hook up with.

They’re all good, but that third panel’s a beauty.
