My dad once made good on his oft-used threat to kick us out of the car and make us walk home if we didn’t behave. My older brother and I got the boot, one day when we were 5 and 6. We were stunned. Neither of us even knew where we were, how far from home were or how to get there. However, my mom made him go back and get us. That was a pretty scary 5 minutes lol.
