Rooms with doors, people. Rooms with doors.

Soundproof, if possible.

It is VERY productive if you want to relieve stress.

That implies that there’s such a thing as a productive meeting. Can’t say I’ve ever attended one of those.

I think I’d prefer this unproductive meeting to any one of the ones in the office!

You get to see the newscasters’ pets when they are on tv.

Yes, pets are liking this seven day weekend.

Our company has set a very dangerous precedent: they are finding out that people can work from home.

Since working from home, I find I am more productive, and so happy that I don’t have to see my fellow worker’s ugly mugs every day. (Dan, I’m talking to you.) (Not the Dan that posts here, I mean a different Dan, the one who has no sense of humor.)

With a standing desk as my work station, this isn’t so much an issue. The real problem these days is, my cat’s still on Eastern Standard Time, so when 4 p.m. rolls around, he’s going nuts wondering why I’m not giving him my full attention for Family Greeting Time, which isn’t for another hour.

That’s no different from the unproductive meetings at work, where you commuted for an hour to pay for parking to attend.

Who’s zooming who??

Luckily, my cat can’t jump up onto my desk anymore. So she has a bed under my desk instead. She gets me when I’m doing exercise on the floor instead.

I’m amazed that my lovely wife hasn’t objected to me turning the dining room into my office.

Or, one could be a widower alone in the home his wife built! What’s your choice?

Looks like my home office, 3-4 dogs and 1 cat!
