Wait til she gets to the door marked 65.
Ah. I just noticed the copyright date — 2016. I thought it looked familiar. No objection, mind you.
Maybe the logic is that since a human year is equal to seven dog years, she accelerated her aging by going through the dog door.
(factoid: the claim about the 1:7 year ratio for dogs is only true for the first 1 or 2 human years.)
I knew she would be cute when she grew up!
If you want to know the answer you need to ask Kate when she’s 10 feet tall.
Is Kate going to be late for a very important date?
This a repeat? Or, just a new version? I feel like he has had Kate go through this before.
I like where this appears to be going….
Like Little Nemo and Father Time. No, don’t open the door to 1999, your strip started in 1905!
Wiley, please let us know how you’re doing. With so many things going on in the world a re-run at this time of the year sounds ominous
She’s going through puberty …
This looks strangely familiar….more deja vu…
It’s … the Pit of Despair!
Kate has the magical clothes too. This is probably a good thing.
“My whole world lies waiting behind Door #3.”
4-20 was yesterday.
If I could revisit any year, 14 would not be one!
Danae is going to be so jealous.
Take the blue pill!!Take the blue pill!
No! No! The red pill! Take the RED pill!!
We’re off on the road to adventure. . .
Yep
Attack of the 50 Foot Woman
this is a repeat isn’t it?
I Adoor this story line.
Never thought of Alice as a metaphor for the horrors of puberty before.
Hot dog!! I’d be lookin for door 24 in a real hurry! Got some serious mistakes to avoid!
For those who are impatient, try setting your wayback machine to April 5th, 2016.
I just love how in certain panels of this little trip of Kate’s , that she bares more of a family resemblance to Danae
So,Petey would be 98?
I like where this is going. The door is your age. Kate walks through 14 and is a teen. And the woman at the end? Kate in her sunset years perhaps?
I get the feeling that that old lady is Kate’s very future self.
i would very much like to go back through the door labeled 17 please
I read your comment and heard Grace Slick! Thank you :-)
I’m trying to get back into Non Sequitur after giving up on it for a few years. I didn’t like the plot-based strips. I’m more fond of the Bizarro and Rhymes with Orange type. This seems ok, though.
Is that Granny Alice?
I wish I could sort by newest at the top.
